In addition to the routine inspection and site visits, by management, we offer the following services for the continuous improvement of the services:
Client service reports completed by the client liaison officer in terms of performance set against the guidelines approved.
Monthly meetings between Ndoko Projects management and our clients to discuss the service, recommendations on issues, incidents, problems identified as well as the verification and/or updating of site instructions if required by the client.
On the job as well as continuous training to improve the service and to be pro-active in the measures of maximizing a health, clean and security of the environment.
Quarterly risk analysis will be conducted to determine the changes in threats or risks in order to be pro-active to changing scenarios.
We have a dedicated supervisor who makes sure that the work goes accordingly and that the client personnel are happy with the services and the work is done on the daily basis as per requirement.
